Sweat Equity: Negotiating a Win-Win Relationship and Building a Dream Team for Your Venture
Description: This workshop is aimed at addressing the opportunities and potential pitfalls of setting up a sweat equity contract. Panelists from varied professional backgrounds will discuss the how's and why's of sweat equity compensation. As with all NoCoEntre.Net events, the workshop will be a highly interactive, solution-focused dialog, not simply a presentation format. Tim Reeser (COO, Cenergy) will facilitate the discussion. We aim to provide the opportunity for everyone to participate in the event: it will be practical, relevant, informative and fun!
